The rules.
The Batanga.com CD Giveaway begins each Monday at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time and ends at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on the following Sunday. Winners will be selected, in random drawings, from among all eligible entries received on the Monday following the previous Sunday deadline.

Eligibility
The contest is open to all visitors to the Batanga.com web site who enter by filling out the registration form and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Batanga.com and their immediate family members are not eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW

How To Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, provide all the information requested in the online form provided on the Registration Page. Limit one (1) entry per person; additional entries from the same email address will be disqualified. One (1) prize awarded per winning participant.

Selection Of Winner
Winners will be selected, in random drawings from among all eligible entries received, on each Monday following the previous Sunday deadline. By participating, entrants agree that the decisions of Batanga.com will be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes and release Batanga.com from all liability concerning the sweepstakes. All entries become property of Batanga.com and will not be returned.

Prizes and Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

One (1) CD Prize will be awarded each week. The CD Prize will be a CD from one of the bands featured on Batanga.com.

The CD Prize is valued at approximately $12.00. These prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted. Random judging will determine which winners will be awarded to the prizes. Any taxes, fees, and/or surcharges on any of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Notification Of Winners
Once selected, winners will be notified via email. By accepting the prize the winner agrees, where lawful, that Batanga.com may use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, voice winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true), for publication, advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. No substitution of any winning prize(s) is allowed. If winners are unreachable via the email address entered at promotion entry, then that prize will be awarded to another eligible participant.

Administration Of Contest
Winners assume liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this promotion, or by any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the promotion if it should become technically corrupted.

Winner Information
For the winner’s names, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request to Batanga.com, Promotions Department, 301 South Elm St. Suite 801, Greensboro, NC 27401.
